Our team of therapists has been providing Physiotherapy, Athletic Therapy/Kinesiology, Massage Therapy, Osteopathic Treatments and Reflexology treatments here in the Trenton area for over 30 years combined. They bring together those various disciplines to help you on your path to Health and Well Being.
Sarah Kerr
Co-owner, Registered Physiotherapist, BScKin, MScPT, FCAMPT
Sarah and Roseanne opened PhysioWell together in 2018. Sarah’s commitment to the highest standard of patient care and her direct one to one (therapist to patient) treatment approach is just one of the reasons why she has had a fulfilling and successful career serving the Quinte West community for over 10 years.
CAMPT-Certified physiotherapists are Fellows of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy (FCAMPT) that have completed post-graduate education and attained internationally-recognized qualifications in hands-on therapy. Roseanne Blagdon
Co-Owner, Office Manager, Certified Reflexologist
Roseanne and Sarah opened PhysioWell together in 2018. Roseanne has 30+ years of experience working in healthcare administration, and has been a Certified Reflexologist with an established clientele for 10 years in the Quinte West region. She welcomes the opportunity to introduce Reflexology to new clients. She practices part time with flexible hours available for her clients.

Rebecca Gray
Registered Physiotherapist, BHSc, MScPT
Rebecca has established her career as a physiotherapist in the Quinte West region since starting with PhysioWell in 2021. She utilizes a combination of exercise, manual therapy, and education to provide individualized, patient-centred care.
Outside of the clinic, Rebecca enjoys running, cycling, playing hockey, and walking her dog, Paisley.

Chrystal Holmes
Osteopathic Manipulative Practitioner (DOMP), Registered Massage Therapist (RMT)
Chrystal has been with PhysioWell since the beginning. She has over 20 years of experience as a tissue specialist (Registered Massage Therapist and Osteopathic Practitioner). She is considered to be a “whole systems” therapist and offers a wide variety of treatment approaches, including Cranial/Sacral and Visceral Therapy. She believes that everyone has the natural ability to heal and is eager to face new challenges to help get you on your “pathway to health”.
Outside of the clinic, Chrystal enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle and spending time with her family and dog, Drake.

Rodney Bogart
Certified Athletic Therapist, Registered Kinesiologist, BAKin, DipSIM
Rodney is a Certified Athletic Therapist, CAT(C), with the Canadian Athletic Therapy Association (CATA), as well as a Registered Kinesiologist.
In addition to working at PhysioWell, Rodney is the head Athletic Trainer with the Junior A Cobourg Cougars hockey team. He formerly owned The Locker Room in Trenton, and was previously employed by the Hamilton Tiger-Cats of the CFL, as the assistant AT. Rodney has also been a head athletic therapist with teams in the Ontario Hockey League (OHL) and the American Hockey League (AHL).
Rodney has extensive experience and knowledge of orthopedic injuries. He provides one on one quality care every appointment, and believes individualized focused treatment plans specific to each client needs are crucial to overcoming injuries and achieving goals.

Kelly Green
Front Desk Administration
Kelly has an extensive background in years of customer service in Quinte West, and is dedicated to providing a friendly voice at the front desk as PhysioWell’s part-time receptionist. When not working, Kelly enjoys leisurely walks with her miniature poodle, Minno.
